The population is composed of parents of children aged 0 to 16 years old at the time of recruitment and attending scheduled health maintenance visit with their primary care physician.

Sociodemographic information, parent mental health, parenting, family functioning, parent substance use, COVID-19 symptoms, doctors’ visits and medication, parent COVID-19 public health adherence, employment and subsidies, parent mental health, parent health behaviours, service utilization, parent experience regarding school, transportation, transportation, parent COVID-19 test and hospitalization, parent diagnosis of chronic health conditions, parent COVID-19 public health adherence, COVID-19 vaccine status and COVID-19 vaccine acceptance information are collected. Information on weight and height are also collected.
