Collected Dataset / TARGetKids!COVID19_Children_Weekly_form

The population is composed of children aged 0 to 16 years old attending scheduled health maintenance visit with their primary care physician.

Information on COVID-19 symptoms, doctors’ visits and medication and child parent COVID-19 public health adherence are collected through the weekly form. Information on childcare use, child health behaviors, child mental health and behaviors, school attendance, learning model, child school experience, school performance, public health adherence in school settings, child transportation, childcare arrangement, public health adherence in childcare settings, and childcare experience are also collected through the new sibling form, the school form, the childcare form, and the serology forms. Weight and height are measured.
