COVID-19 vaccination data including information on vaccine availability (whether each type of vaccine was available) and location of vaccines received (e.g., mass immunization clinics/youth clinics, participating pharmacies, or pop-up/walk-in clinics), COVID-19 vaccination hesitancy, acceptance and uptake are assessed through online questionnaires through parents and primary health care reported questionnaires.
