The population is composed of children aged 0 to 16 years old attending scheduled health maintenance visit with their primary care physician.

Information on sociodemographic-related information, childcare use, child health behaviors, child mental health and behaviors, school attendance, learning model, child school experience, school performance, parent experience regarding school of their child, public health adherence in school settings, transportation, childcare arrangement, public health adherence in childcare settings, childcare experience, transportation, child COVID-19 test and hospitalization, child diagnosis of chronic health conditions, child COVID-19 public health adherence. Information on weight and height measurements is collected.
