The population is composed of solid organ transplant recipients (including first, second of re-transplant cases) transplanted in Switzerland.

Psychosocial assessments were performed through the psychosocial questionnaire (PSQ). Information about infectious disease, cancer, causes of death, organ function, immunologic events and causes of graft failure and medication was collected. Biosampling processes were tracked and specific events like for example post-transplant infectious events, oncology events, specific organ-related events, death and drop-out are recorded in specific eCRFs (electronic case report form).
