Participants were approached during their second trimester of pregnancy (26 weeks) from community midwife clinics, family physician clinics, and a reproductive mental health clinic in metropolitan Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada.

SRI_Exposure - Cohort B Mothers not taking SRIs - 9 to 14 years

At this time point information about general health, demographics, and family history of mental health were collected.

Psychological testing was done using measures such as the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I 500), Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAM-D), The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and paternal mood was also measured.

The National Institutes of Health tool kit to assess cognition and executive function.
