Follow Up: Participants were assessed at 26 weeks gestation, 33 to 36 weeks gestation, at delivery, during the neonatal period 1st week, 6 week postpartum, 3 month postpartum, 6 month postpartum, 10 month postpartum, 3 years, 5 to 7 years and 9 to 14 years.
