- Participants who are COVID-19 symptom-free at the time of enrollment are included.
Participants who present symptomatic respiratory tract infection or other symptoms consistent with COVID-19 are excluded.

The majority of subjects are enrolled from the community. Some individuals are enrolled through hospitals.
The 4 main models of enrollment based on the venues where subjects are enrolled are:
* Model 1: hospitals
* Model 2: community centre/church hall
* Model 3: community health clinic
* model 4: remote
In model 1 (hospitals), the patient’s primary care team introduces the study. If the participant is interested in participating or obtaining more information, the research team would become engaged.
Model 2 and Model 3 provide community venues where the study team enrolls participants and performs the study visit(s).
