The population is composed of fathers or to be fathers of the child participants in the intervention group.

Information is collected about sociodemographic characteristics (age, birthplace, marital status, household structure, employment, annual household income, and education), medical history, diet, physical activity (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire), sedentary behaviour (Adult Sedentary Behaviour Questionnaire), sleep (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), depression (Patient Health Questionnaire-9), anxiety (General Anxiety Disorder-7), secondhand smoke exposure, drug, smoking, and alcohol history. Physical measurements include height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, waist circumference, skinfold thickness. Blood samples are collected.
