The population is composed of participants who were recruited within three existing population-based cohorts (SAPALDIA, CoLaus/PsyCoLaus, and SKIPOGH). The three original cohorts were composed of individuals from the general population in Switzerland living in Basel, Geneva, Lugano, Payerne, Wald, Aarau, Montana, and Davos for the SAPALDIA cohort; living in the City of Lausanne for the CoLaus/PsyCoLaus cohort; and living in Lausanne, Geneva, and Bern for the SKIPOGH cohort.

The following information is collected from harmonized data from 1991 to 2023 from pre-MRI cohort data: * Address history, archived biomaterial-related information, socio-demographics (nutrition, exercise, alcohol consumption), lifestyle (behavours, exercise, alcohol consumption), medications, and aging parameters. * Implicit memory function was assessed using a combined remember/know (PMID: 3210971) and pattern-separation (PMID: 23313292). * Physical measures such as waist, hip and neck circumferences, height, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate and peak handgrip measures. * Blood samples data. Raw voxel-based data into segmented data are measured per anatomical region and modality is collected through brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). DNA methylome and blood samples are collected.
