The population is composed of single-fetal pregnant women in their 8th to 14th weeks of pregnancy at the time of recruitment.

Exclusion criteria : * Receiving aspirin treatment.

Other Criteria

Inclusion criteria: * Less than 14 weeks of pregnancy completed. Exclusion criterias: * Multiple pregnancy (excluded after the 1st visit if discovered at that time). * Known major fetal anomaly. * Woman who plans to give birth outside the Québec University Hospital - Laval University. * Parents of a deceased child.

Supplementary Information about selection criteria

Pregnant women can participate in the research project whether their partner decides to participate or not.

Supplementary Information

Family physicians and obstetrician-gynecologists in the greater Quebec region began recruiting participants in 2022. Individuals interested in participating are invited to contact the research team by phone to enroll in the project.

PRÉVENTION-PILOTE 2_0 - Mothers - 18 months postpartum

Economic characteristics such as employment status, income, and financial insecurity are collected through an auto-reported questionnaire. Information on work-family balance, childcare, and co-parenting is also assessed through the auto-reported questionnaire. Information on cannabis (frequency, type of products, modes of consumption, reasons for use, and abusive use), alcohol (frequency, quantity, frequency of excessive consumption), tobacco (frequency and quantity), and other drug consumption is answered through an auto-reported questionnaire. Medication intake (substance, type, duration, dosage), sleep, and exposure to environmental contaminants (insecticides and pesticides) are also assessed. Community service usage (public and private services related to parenthood and health) is assessed. Psychosocial variables such as well-being, depressive state, general anxiety, and perceived stress are collected. Other psychosocial information, such as marital satisfaction and social support information, is also assessed. Parental behaviors and perceptions are assessed through the Parental Cognitions and Conduct Toward the Infant Scale (PACOTIS).
