The general objectives of the PREVENTION-PILOTE 2.0 project are:
* To evaluate the clinical contribution of a systematic screening strategy for PE (preeclampsia) in the 1st trimester and IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction) between 35 and 37 weeks, as the most recent scientific research recommends.
* To longitudinally assess the contribution of prenatal and postnatal determinants of child development and health up to 30 months.

**Mothers**
Mothers are followed at the 11 to 14 week visit, and at the 35 to 37 week visit. After their child's birth, mothers are also followed at 6, 18, and 30 months postpartum. **Partners**
Partners are followed at the 11 to 14 week visit and at the 35 to 37 week visit. Partners are also followed at 6, 18, and 30 months postpartum. **Children**

The population is composed of single-fetal pregnant women in their 8th to 14th weeks of pregnancy at the time of recruitment.

- Exclusion criteria : * Receiving aspirin treatment.
- Other Criteria
- Inclusion criteria: * Less than 14 weeks of pregnancy completed. Exclusion criterias: * Multiple pregnancy (excluded after the 1st visit if discovered at that time). * Known major fetal anomaly. * Woman who plans to give birth outside the Québec University Hospital - Laval University. * Parents of a deceased child.

Family physicians and obstetrician-gynecologists in the greater Quebec region began recruiting participants in 2022. Individuals interested in participating are invited to contact the research team by phone to enroll in the project.
