Patients are recruited from the Multiple Sclerosis Clinic at the Health Sciences Centre in Manitoba, Canada.

Supplementary Information about selection criteria: Approximately 2000 participants are evaluated from the database every 12 months as part of routine clinical care.

Data Collection Event

MSCDR - Follow-up 12 months

Use of MS-specific drug therapies, comorbidities, functional status, employment status, and disability progression (Expanded Disability Status Scale) are assessed through questionnaires for a subset of participants.

Cognitive measures of disability progression include the Timed 25-Foot Walk, Nine Hole Peg Test, and Processing Speed Test.
