LGP - Offspring of super agers
Members of the offspring group were of Ashkenazi Jewish descent, and had at least one parent who lived to be 95 years or older.
Data Collection Event
LGP - Offspring of Super Agers - 2006
Participants were visited at their home by a member of the Einstein Institute for Aging Research.
The visit included a self-reported medical history covering family history, health and lifestyle information, and a cognitive examination was performed.
A physical and physiological examination was done to measure height, weight, waist girth, blood pressure, heart's electrical action and walking ability.
A blood sample was taken.
