The population is composed of individuals who are 65 years and older, residing in long-term care facilities and who have been tested for COVID-19.

Exclusion: Cannot fill out the form in english nor french, or has been transferred in other hospital than the McGill University Health Centre, has not given consentment

Supplementary Information

Participants were recruited from long-term facilities such as "Centre d'hébergement et de soins de longue durée (CHSLDs)", Intermediate Resources (IR), or seniors' residence. The care staff will carry out the required pre-consent process to their residents being identified as COVID positive, and also to those identified as COVID negative.

Data Collection Event

DISCoVER - Day 7

At day 7, blood samples were collected for plasma, DNA, RNA and cells studies analysis in the future. Clinical data (sociodemographic factors, symptoms related to COVID, medication) were collected from medical charts and the "Dossier de santé Québec " (DSQ).
