CAMICCov - Severe COVID

The population is composed of adults diagnosed with COVID-19 infection who are admitted to the hospitals affiliated to Laval University in the Quebec City area some time since the beginning of the pandemic.

Health Status

Participants were included if they were already diagnosed with COVID-19 infection since the beginning of the pandemic and have positive Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) serologic status.

Other Criteria

Participants are included if they have a history of hospitalization to care for COVID-19 infection.

Patients will be identified based on the COVID registry established locally. They will be contacted and recruited by the nephrology research nurses and students.
