The population consists of workers over the age of 19 years, working in long-term care (LTC) homes in Ontario and British Columbia, with or without a history of SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Blood sample was collected using Dried Blood Spot (DBS) card for the determination of anti-SARS-Cov-2 antibodies, neutralizing anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies and antibodies against various other human coronaviruses.
