ALSPAC - Children
The population consists of any resulting child from all pregnant women residents in the old administrative county of Avon if their estimated delivery date fell between 1 April 1991 and 31 December 1992.

Information about depression, psychotic experiences, alcohol, substance use, victimisation and trauma, moods and feelings, antisocial behaviour, reproductive health was collected through computerised questionnaires and face-to-face interviews . The Clinical Interview Schedule-Revised (CIS-R) was administered as well.
Blood pressure, pulse, cardiovascular health and anthropometrical measures such as height, weight, sitting height, hip, arm and waist circumference were taken. A 3D body scan, liver ultrasound scan, DXA (full body and hip) were done. A spirometry test was done and a bronchodilator response was tested to establish reversibility of airflow obstruction.
Cognitive tasks such as source monitoring, jumping to conclusions, predictive processing, N-Back working memory, emotion recognition, and stop signal were completed.
A blood and urine sample was collected.
