ALSPAC - Children
The population consists of any resulting child from all pregnant women residents in the old administrative county of Avon if their estimated delivery date fell between 1 April 1991 and 31 December 1992.
Data Collection Event

Information was collected through the use of questionnaires, and registries.
At this time point the questionnaire was child completed. Questionnaire collected information from child’s own questionnaire. Information was collected about headaches, sore throats, exposure to cats and what they’d like to be as adults.
Children have been linked to the Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD) database, Pupil Level Annual School Census (PLASC), Annual School Census (ASC) and National and the Pupil Database (NPD).
Participants were linked to residential addresses across the life course. Linkages could be established to co-ordinates or health, political and administrative geographies. Participants could also be linked to neighbourhood data.
