The population is composed of the children of mothers recruited for the 3D study.

Gender-related attitudes and behaviors, schooling, self-perceptions, personality, relationships with parents, screen and media use, health and lifestyle habits, and parental perceived stress and social resources are assessed. Information is collected on pacemaker usage, general health status, physical activity, eating habits, sleep habits, and hair-related factors. Additional data are collected on the child’s health care use, pubertal development, sensitivity to sensory and environmental change, and the presence of supportive non-parental adults. A gender-related behavior scale is administered conditionally by sex. Behavioral performance during cognitive tasks is observed and assessed using standardized tests, including Block Design, Digit Span, and the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test. Anthropometric measures include weight, height, waist and hip circumference, head circumference, body fat percentage, foot size, and blood pressure. A hair sample is collected for hormonal analyses, and the quality and quantity of stimulation and support in the home environment are evaluated using the HOME Inventory (Home Observation for Measurement of the Environment).
