Information concerning participants' ability to work, worked hours, family situation, and medication were collected during a visit to the physician. Information on opportunistic diseases of HIV infection, diagnosis of cancer, myocardial infarction, stroke, diabetes, and lipodystrophy were also collected and reported by the physician.
Weight, blood pressure as well as waist and hip circumference were measured during the visit.
A spectrum of laboratory analysis was collected from blood samples. This included leucocyte and lymphocyte counts (CD3, CD4 and CD8 cell counts included), hemoglobin and platelets, cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, and lactate concentrations. Patients under antiretroviral treatment had ALAT, ASAT, alkaline phosphatase and creatinine levels measured.
Laboratory data were obtained from transfer from hospital databases.

Information on undergone gynecological examination and performed cervical smear were collected on a gynecological form.
Weight, blood pressure as well as waist and hip circumference were measured during the visit.
A spectrum of laboratory analysis was collected from blood samples. This included HIV-1 Viral load, leucocyte and lymphocyte counts (CD3, CD4 and CD8 cell counts included), hemoglobin and platelets; cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose and lactate concentrations. Presence of Hepatitis B and C (qualitative and quantitative tests, viral load) and syphilis were screened. For patients under antiretroviral treatment, ALAT, ASAT, alkaline phosphatase and creatinine levels were measured and a HIV drug resistance test performed.
Laboratory data were obtained from transfer from hospital databases.

Information concerning participant's source of income, physical activity, smoking, hospitalizations, family situation, household structure, sexual behaviors, alcohol consumption, drugs use, pregnancy, contraception, obstetric event, medication protocol, biopsy, fibroscan, influenza, fracture, depression (diagnostic tool) and perception on cognition were collected during a visit to the physician. Information on opportunistic diseases of HIV infection, Immune Reconstitution Inflammatory Syndrome (IRIS), diagnosis of cancer (anal cancer screening), myocardial infarction, stroke, diabetes and lipodystrophy or other clinical events were also collected and reported by the physician. Detailed information was collected concerning antiretroviral treatment: dosage, in case of treatment interruption, the reason of withdrawal, adherence, is also assessed. Information on undergone gynecological examination and performed cervical smear were collected on a gynecological form.
Weight, height, blood pressure as well as waist and hip circumference were measured during the visit. Bone densitometry was measured using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA).
A spectrum of laboratory analysis was collected from blood samples. This included HIV-2 Viral load, leucocyte and lymphocyte counts (CD3, CD4 and CD8 cell counts included), hemoglobin and platelets; cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose and lactate concentrations. Presence of Hepatitis B and C (qualitative and quantitative tests, viral load) and syphilis were screened. A tuberculin skin reactivity test was performed. SHCS - Follow-up 71
Information concerning participant's source of income, physical activity, smoking, hospitalizations, family situation, household structure, sexual behaviors, alcohol consumption, drugs use, pregnancy, contraception, obstetric event, medication protocol, vaccination (PneumoVACC), biopsy, fibroscan, influenza, fracture, depression (diagnostic tool), perception on cognition, disease relapse and COVID-19 were collected during a visit to the physician. Information on HIV stigma was collected using a standardized questionnaire. Information on opportunistic diseases of HIV infection and on the serious non-opportunistic infection (SNOI), sexually transmitted disease (STD), Immune Reconstitution Inflammatory Syndrome (IRIS), diagnosis of cancer (anal cancer screening), myocardial infarction, stroke, diabetes and lipodystrophy or other clinical events were also collected and reported by the physician.
Bone densitometry was measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA).
A spectrum of laboratory analysis was collected from blood samples. This included HIV-2 Viral load, leucocyte and lymphocyte counts (CD3, CD4, and CD8 cell counts included), hemoglobin and platelets, cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, and lactate concentrations. The presence of Hepatitis B and C (qualitative and quantitative tests, viral load) and syphilis were screened. A tuberculin skin reactivity test was performed. For patients under antiretroviral treatment, ALAT, ASAT, alkaline phosphatase, and creatinine levels were measured and an HIV drug resistance test was performed.
Laboratory data were obtained from transfer from hospital databases.
