The population is composed of individuals who access hospital and community-based ambulatory care in PEI, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and the Yukon. It includes care received in day surgery, outpatient and community-based clinics, and emergency departments.
