The objectives of this study are:
* To measure the seroprevalence of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in the general population in Manitoba by sex, age and regional health authority (RHA) (sub-analysis).
* To determine risk factors for infection by age, gender and region.
* To improve the estimates of infection fatality ratio.

- A repeated investigation is conducted over 14 months on convenience samples collected: April/May 2020, September 2020, October 2020, January 2021, February 2021, April 2021, May2021, June 2021, July 2021, October 2021, November 2021, December 2021, January 2022 and February 2022.

MCS-Study population
The population is composed of individuals who have specimens collected for routine sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBI), prenatal, and other routine serological testing at Cadham Provincial Laboratory.

Convenience sampling at Cadham Provincial Laboratory on specimens collected for routine STBBI, prenatal, and other routine serological testing are done in order to populate a proportionate representation of individuals in the province for age and RHA categories.
