The objectives of this study are to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 public health control measures on the health, wellness, stigma, and material security of 2SLGBTQQIA+ people, and estimate the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 among 2SLGBTQQIA+ people through mail-home self-collected dried blood spot (DBS) protocol.

2SLGBTQQIAplus-COVID-19 population
The population is composed of individuals that currently reside in Canada (during the COVID-19 pandemic), who are at least 15 years old (>18 for DBS testing) and identify as a gender or sex minority (e.g. trans, non-binary, genderqueer, agender, Two-Spirit, intersex) or a sexual orientation minority (e.g., lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, queer, questioning, Two-Spirit, asexual, or any other non-heterosexual identity), and who can complete a survey in English, French, Spanish, Punjabi, or Chinese (Traditional or Simplified).

Recruitment will proceed for 6-8 weeks using advertising on social media apps or sites (e.g., Facebook) and through 2SLGBTQQIA+ community organizations and their networks across Canada (e.g., Egale, Enchante, CBRC, YouthCO). Additional recruitment may occur through online influencers and ambassadors.
