- Participants are followed-up until children are 10 years old. For the index child, questionnaires and physical measures are conducted at birth, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 years. For mothers, after the baseline visit in pregnancy questionnaires/case report forms are completed at all follow-up visits of the children. Physical measures are conducted in mothers 3 times at visits when their child is 1, 5 and 10 years old. Partners have questionnaires/CRFs completed at baseline and at the 2, 5, 7 and 10 year time and physical measures at baseline and 5 year visit. Siblings have questionnaires/CRFs completed at baseline, 5 and 10 year visits and physical measures only at baseline and 5 year visit.
