The objectives of this study are to:
* Estimate the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in children in Montréal, representative of age groups;
* Compare the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in children in different neighbourhoods of Montréal;
* Estimate the risk of seroconversion of SARS-CoV-2 in children in Montréal from the beginning to the end of the school year;
* Estimate the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in daycare and school personnel in Montreal
* Estimate the risk of seroconversion of SARS-CoV-2 in daycare and school personnel in Montréal.
The secondary objectives are to:
* Estimate the prevalence of emotional and mental health difficulties of children in different neighbourhoods of Montréal.
* Estimate the change in prevalence of emotional and mental health difficulties of children in Montréal from the beginning to the end of the school year.
* Estimate the prevalence of emotional and mental health difficulties of daycare and school personnel in Montréal.

- EnCORE is an open cohort and welcomed new children during the longitudinal follow-up. * Round 2 is the first follow up for the children enrolled in Round 1. * Round 3 is the second follow-up for the children that enrolled at Round 1 and the first follow-up for the children that enrolled at Round 2. * Round 4 is the first follow-up for the children enrolled in Round 3, the second follow-up for the children enrolled in Round 2 and the third follow-up for children enrolled in Round 1. * Round 5 is the first follow-up for the children enrolled in Round 4, the second follow-up for the children enrolled in Round 3, the third follow-up for children enrolled in Round 2, and the fourth follow-up for children enrolled in Round 1.

Data Collection Event
Basic sociodemographic and household characteristics, preventive behaviors in the household and at school and daycare, and health and lifestyle information for the child are collected. Dates of hospitalizations and COVID-19 vaccinations are also collected.
