- After enrollment, participants are followed-up for 12 months with weekly reports, testing/illness reports, and periodic blood samples collection. Blood samples are collected at enrolment, following vaccination against COVID, after a positive respiratory test (PCR), and every 6 months thereafter to assess antibody levels.

Inclusion:
Occupation full- or part-time (>20 hours per week for health care workers, ≥ 8 hours per week for physician, nurse practitioner or midwife);
Have convenient access to and basic skills for use of computer or cell phone with internet capability;
Able to read and write English or French and available for follow-up during the study period.Exclusion: HCWs are not eligible if they plan to take leave from work for more than two consecutive weeks within the first 3 months of enrolment (e.g., vacation, maternity or medical leave, retirement).

- b) providing short videoconference or phone presentations for team meetings/huddles,
- c) posting electronic advertisements on internal hospital communications,
- d) displaying physical posters in staff work areas,
- e) advertising on social media platforms (e.g., Twitter or Facebook), and
- f) distributing pamphlets to targeted internal mailboxes.
