Follow Up
At baseline, asymptomatic and symptomatic for COVID-19 participants are tested with antibody assays (serology) and Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT). Participants are followed up depending on whether they were symptomatic or asymptomatic and the result of their test(s). If they were symptomatic and both tests (NAT and serology) were positive or one test (NAT) was positive and the other (serology) was negative, they were followed up 3 weeks after baseline. If they were asymptomatic and their test (serology) was positive, they were followed up immediately after baseline.

Supplementary Information
The study will use stratified random sampling. Recruitment for this study will be facilitated by distributing information about the study to ward reps in every correctional centre, so they are able to advise residents on their ward about the study. Information will also be distributed to Corrections staff through usual staff communication channels (email distribution lists and staff notice boards, etc.) for both Corrections Officers and Correctional Health Services (CHS) staff.
