Population

WH - LTCH/RH Staff Household Members
The population is composed of staff's household members (someone that the LTCH staff shares a household with on average three nights per week) in 72 selected long-term care and retirement homes (LTCH/RH) sites in Ontario, Canada.

Data Collection Event

WH - LTCH/RH Staff Household Members - High-risk Intervention
A tailored virtual and in-person facilitation was given by a trained facilitator (through the Knowledge Translation Program) to LTCHs relevant staff. This intervention consists of technical support for Wellness Hub implementation with up to 1.5 days/week using established methods. Saliva was collected from symptomatic or high-risk exposure participants for PCR-testing. Participants are given the option to submit blood samples for immunity study.
