Participants were recruited online and are asked to fill in an inquiry form online or to contact the study by email.

Supplementary Information about selection criteria: The final number is TBC - aiming for 2,500 in their first round and then up to 16,000, but that depends on the results from the first and subsequent batches and depends on seroprevalence estimates.

Information is collected regarding background (age, sex, and race), general health and lifestyle, medical history, any symptoms that might be related to COVID-19, and your opinions on vaccines, through a short online survey which takes 10-15 minutes.
