SPARK-CPPQ - Transdiagnostic Psychiatric

The population is composed of psychiatric patients who were diagnosed with either major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personality disorder, schizophrenia, substance-related disorder, or gender dysphoria.

Participants with intellectual disabilities, neurocognitive disorders (e.g., dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease), neurobiological diseases (e.g., multiple sclerosis, epilepsy), or diseases that significantly impact endocrine function (e.g., Cushing's disease, Hashimoto’s disease) are excluded.

SPARK-CPPQ - 12 months follow-up

Overall severity of a participant's psychiatric illness (CGI-S), degree of improvement or deterioration in psychiatric condition (CGI-I) and list treatments that have been the most helpful over the last 6 month data are recorded by treating clinicians.
