The population is composed of patients with underlying medical conditions who are hypersensitive to a component of a COVID-19 vaccine and require a pre-vaccination assessment.

Information was or will be collected about the vaccine administered (brand name, dose number, route, anatomical site), vaccination status (location), participant vaccination intent, and the physician's recommendation for vaccination. If any adverse events occurred, details that were or will be recorded include the interval between vaccination and symptom onset, symptom duration, details of the particular adverse event, symptoms reported, investigations, treatment, antecedent illness, medications given prior to immunization, the seriousness or severity of the adverse event, diagnosis (and certainty of diagnoses), outcome (e.g., recovered, not yet recovered but expected to recover, permanent disability), and the causal relationship between the vaccine and the adverse event.
