The population is composed of all patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) diagnosed by the treating rheumatologist.

Information about education, age at disease onset, patient- and physician-reported clinical endpoints (e.g., pain, skin manifestation, inflammatory markers), comorbidities, and medication use was collected. Composite disease activity scores were collected and included the 28-joint disease activity score (DAS28) using the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and DAS28 using C-reactive protein (CRP). Also, minimal disease activity, the disease activity index for PsA (DAPSA), and the clinical DAPSA (DAPSA without CRP) were additionally reported. Hand, foot, spine and sacroiliac joint X-Rays were performed every 2-3 years at the discretion of the treating physician. Biosample(s) timing is left at the discretion of the treating physician. As a first aim of the biobank, at least one sample for each patient should be collected.
