Collected Dataset / IMPACT_COVID_Methotrexate_Thiopurines_2_4_weeks_post_dose_4

The population is composed of patients aged 18 years and older who are at affiliated hospitals of the University of Toronto, have immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs), are being treated with methotrexate or undergoing thiopurine monotherapy, and who are going to be vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 with the BNT162b2 mRNA (Pfizer) or 1273 mRNA (Moderna) vaccine.

Demographics (age, sex), weight, height, relevant past medical and surgical history, medication use, COVID-19 specific questions (positive test, suspected illness), vaccination history (including the name of the COVID-19 vaccine received, side-effects) and changes in medical history or medication and disease activity/flares information is collected. Peripheral blood and plasma samples are collected.
