The population is composed of the children of participants age 5 or younger who are born before recruitment into the study. Their parents are participants in the control group.

Information is collected about medical history, vaccinations, medication use, adverse events (death and diseases), nutrition, breastfeeding, physical activity, screen time, sleep (Brief Infant Sleep Questionnaire), language (MacArthur Communicative Development Inventories), development (Ages and Stages Questionnaire, Global Scale for Early Development), executive function (Behaviour Rating Inventory of Executive Function), behaviour (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire), and temperament (Early Childhood Behaviour Questionnaire). Physical measures such as height, weight, blood pressure, mid-upper arm, head, and waist circumferences are collected.
