Population

HeLTI Canada - Partners - Control
The population is composed of the partners of participating women who are allocated to the control group. The control group has access to the usual standard care but will not receive the study intervention. Participants also have an individualized webpage to access injury prevention and child safety e-health resources.

Data Collection Event

HeLTI Canada - Partners Control - Preconception 24 months
Information is collected about medical history and medication use, nutrition, physical activity (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire), sedentary behaviours, sleep (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), anxiety (General Anxiety Disorder-7), depression (Patient Health Questionnaire-9), general self-efficacy (General Self-Efficacy Scale), reproductive history, relationship satisfaction, intimate partner violence, adverse childhood life experiences, sociodemographic indicators, exposures to tobacco smoke, alcohol, substance abuse, home and work toxins, adverse events (homicidal behaviours, death, diseases), and COVID-19 (symptoms, diagnosis, employment status).
