Collected Dataset / HAPIEE_Russia_Baseline

The population is composed of men and women from Novosibirsk, Russia, and aged 45-69 years old at baseline.

Data were collected by structured questionnaires and examination in clinic.

The questionnaire covered information about health, self-rated health status, medical history, health behaviours, physical functioning, lifestyle, food frequency, socioeconomic circumstances, psychosocial factors, quality of life of retired persons, and psychosocial environment at work and effort-reward imbalance.

The short examination included measurement of height, weight, trunk length, waist and hip circumference, blood pressure, lung function and cognitive function (memory, concentration and verbal skills).

A sample of venous blood was also collected.
