FPM - Mothers
The population consists of pregnant women, early in their second trimester of pregnancy, English speaking, and residing within one of two Saskatoon and Moose Jaw health regions (Saskatchewan).
Data Collection Event
FPM - Mothers - 16 weeks gestation
Information was collected when participants were 16 weeks pregnant, through self-report data as well as through face-to-face interviews by trained research assistants.
Various sociodemographic data were collected, as well as history of depression, mood problems, and history of treatment and treatment status at the initial interview.
Psychosocial and behavioural information were also collected and participants were assessed for depression, mood status and anxiety using mood diaries and visual analogue scales.
