Information Content

The COVID-19 Antibody Test Baseline - Serology Results Harmonization Protocol includes variables collected by the six CanPath population-based cohorts. The current dataset is the first release and includes information on more than 75,500 antibody test results (serology) for COVID-19. The harmonized dataset covers information on: * Sample type that was analyzed for serology * Date on which the ELISA assay was run. * Type of SARS-CoV-2 antigen tested for antibodies (anti-spike IgG, anti-receptor binding domain of spike (RBD) IgG, and anti-nucleocapsid (N) IgG)) * Serology results for each SARS-CoV-2 antigen
