The population is composed of individuals aged 19 and older living in Canada who have been pregnant or lactating during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Information on COVID-19 outcomes, vaccine opinion and health events are assessed through the following additional survey modules: * The vaccine attitudes module collects information on feelings, opinions and attitudes towards vaccines. * The pregnancy outcomes module collects information on pregnancy and infant outcomes (administered if pregnancy completed after March 2020). * The vaccine outcomes dose 1 module is answered if first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine received. * The vaccine outcomes dose 2 module is answered if second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine received. * The health event module collects information on significant health events resulting in a visit to the emergency department or hospitalization (administered if triggered by follow-up survey). * The vaccine outcomes module is anwered if third or more doses of the COVID Vaccine are received.
