Collected Dataset / CKD-COVID19_Health_care_workers_predose_3

The population is composed of health care workers from Ontario and British Columbia. Participants are at least 18 years of age, in "generally good health" and received or plan to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccination are being observed in this population and are compared to observations in CDK patients.

Blood samples are collected. Information about age, sex, ethnicity, residence, income quintile, type of chronic kidney disease, comorbidities, medications, laboratory values, and the history of clinic visits and hospital admissions are obtained from the Ontario Renal Reporting System (ORRS) and PROMIS database in British Columbia. These sources are supplemented by the medical record where required.
