Information Content
The Follow-up 1 Health and Risk Factor Questionnaire Harmonization Protocol includes variables on health and risk factors collected in the first follow-up by five of the six CanPath population-based cohorts. The current dataset is the third release and includes 858 core variables.
The harmonized dataset covers information on participants':
* Socio-demographic and economic characteristics (marital status, employment status, income, etc.)
* Lifestyle and behaviours (alcohol use, tobacco use)
* Reproductive health history
* Personal and family history of diseases
* Use of prescription medications (medication name, DIN number, ATC code of medication, main anatomical group pertaining to medication)
* Non-pharmacological interventions related to diseases
* Self-reported physical measures (height, weight, waist and hip circumferences)
* Variables based on open-ended responses
