All CanPath participants from cohorts collecting 2020 COVID-19 questionnaire data are eligible.

Information Content

The Questionnaire 2020 COVID-19 Harmonization Protocol includes variables collected by the six CanPath population-based cohorts. The current dataset is the third release and includes 487 core variables. The harmonized dataset covers information on participants': * Socio-demographic and economic characteristics (age, sex, income, etc.). * Lifestyle and behaviours (alcohol use, tobacco use). * COVID-19 symptoms and diagnosis (symptoms experienced, test results). * COVID-19 exposure (travel, measure undertaken, etc.) * Personal history of diseases. * Use of prescription of medication. * Impact of the pandemic on job status. * Mental, emotional, and social well-being (GAD-7, PHQ-9). * Self-reported physical measures (height, weight). * Variables based on open-ended responses.
