Information Content
The Baseline Health and Risk Factor Questionnaire Additional Diseases Harmonization Protocol includes variables collected at baseline by three of the six CanPath population-based cohorts. The current dataset is the fourth release and includes 462 core variables.
The harmonized dataset covers information on participants':
* Personal and family history of diseases other than those captured in the Health and Risk Factor Questionnaire (HRFQ)
* Hearing health
* Visual health
* Oral health
