CanCOLD - COPD moderate-severe
The population is composed of non-institutionalized adults, men and women, aged 40 and more who suffered from moderate to severe COPD (GOLD 2-4).

CanCOLD - COPD moderate-severe - Quarterly follow-up 3
A 10 minute telephone questionnaire was administered to collect information on COPD exacerbation (i.e. symptom flare-ups).
