C19-UWC population
The population is composed of students, faculty and staff on the University of Waterloo Campus in Canada who were seeking a molecular test for COVID-19.
Data Collection Event
C19-UWC - Follow-up 3
Information about vaccination status and the specific vaccine which was administered, if partcipants are vaccinated, was collected.
A blood sample was collected for testing of IgM, IgG and IgA antibody isotypes, T cell immune capacity measures and blood group testing. Antibody reactivity to SARS-CoV-2 N protein was also measured to directly assess vaccinated versus naturally infected individuals.
