The population is composed of the children of participating mothers who are allocated to the control group.

Information is collected about development, growth, nutrition, breastfeeding, physical activity, screen time, sleep (Brief Infant Sleep Questionnaire), development (Ages and Stages Questionnaire version 3), behavior (Early Childhood Behaviour Questionnaire), temperament (Global Scales of Early Development), cognition, mental health, medication and suppliment intake, unplanned hospital admissions, emergency department visits, and routine/non-routine use of health care services Arm, waist, and head circumferences, height, weight, blood pressure, and body composition are collected. Buccal swabs, blood, and urine samples are collected.
