The population is composed of adult participants (including pregnant women) with mild illness or who are asymptomatic and who underwent a PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result.

Patient type and profile information such as COVID status, severe or mild illness, age, sex, weight, height, smoking status, drug use, including whether the individual is a health care worker, obstetrical component such as post-partum state, pregnancy outcome, COVID status of the baby, presence of other infectious pathogens from the mother, medical history and COVID-19 symptoms information are collected through questionnaire. Pediatric component such as weight at birth and duration of gestation are collected from a subset of participants. Level of fitness and frailty are also assessed through the Clinical frailty score test.
