The population is composed of patients (including pregnant women and pediatric patients) who have been hospitalized with moderate to severe illness and who underwent a PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 with a positive result.

Hospital stay summary information including time in emergency, admission to hospital and length of hospitalization, admission to intensive care with length of stay, transfer from one institution to another, vital status upon discharge, destination after hospital (home, CHSLD, etc.), final diagnosis, level of care at end of stay, complications observed, treatments received, medication records and tests carried out during hospitalization (test results are not recorded), summary of all routine laboratory tests carried out during hospitalization, summary of respiratory support measures and adjuvant therapies used during hospitalization are collected through questionnaire. * Discharge date from hospital is specific to each patient.
