Collected Dataset / BQC19_inpatient_positive_cases_7days_post_hospitalization

The population is composed of patients (including pregnant women and pediatric patients) who have been hospitalized with moderate to severe illness and who underwent a PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 with a positive result.

Information on description of the visit and the sampling carried out for the BQC19, including a calculation of the time elapsed between the visit and the recruitment, and between the visit and the manifestation of symptoms, information on adjuvant therapies and results of any routine laboratory tests ordered by the attending physician are collected through questionnaire. Vital status information is collected. Vital sign information including AVPU score, Glasgow score and urinary output over 24 hours are collected. Data on respiratory support measures are also collected. Blood and stool samples are collected.
